It pays to register at CVS, Rite-Aid and Walgreens.  You gain access to coupons and discounts not available to the public. Just this week alone, I have received a $4 off $20 purchase at CVS and a 15% discount at Walgreens on Friday.

I was planning to stop at Walgreens today but think I will wait one more day. They are having a great sale on Huggies Diapers! I will be able to pick up a pack of diapers for less than $3. I have several baby showers over the next few months and these will make great gifts!

The objective is to only spend $5 out of pocket at each CVS, Walgreens and Rite-Aid while growing your Extra Care Bucks, Register Rewards and Single Check Rebates to use in upcoming weeks.  The purpose is to spend as little money out of pocket while stockpiling your pantry.  The goal is to never pay full price for anything especially your staples but to get them for FREE or as little as possible.

Since hubby has become unemployed, we have had to really rethink our finances and way of spending. I always want his support on anything we do so we both decided to give this a try again but most importantly, working together.

I found Keeping the Kingdom First who will show you how to spend $5 each week at CVS and Walgreens using the sales and coupons.   Check out Budget Saving Mom for these and Rite-Aid too.  I also found Southern Savers where you can print out a shopping list to help with this challenge.
